If your transaction timed out due to not sending enough coins or they failed to confirm in the time window, you will receive an email alert notifying you to claim your funds. This email may take up to 6 hours to receive, depending on how long it takes them to confirm.
Please make sure you check your spam folder/filter.
If for some reason you did not receive the email after 6 hours, please open a ticket and provide the information provided in our other email alerts:
Transaction ID or Payment ID
Wallet Address To Send Funds To
The process for a completed payment would depend on the merchant and their store policies.
Note: We do not convert refunds into BTC or any other currency, you will receive the same coin you paid with.
